Why is my shipment returned by the courier company?

Once an item is shipped, our courier partners will make 3 attempts to contact you. Consignee may be notified by SMS or a phone call. If the customer is unreachable, the courier partners will hold the shipment till 10 days from shipping, after that duration, the shipment will be returned back to us.
