We will keep you updated during this process through emails. Once the order is picked up we will refund your amount if the inspection of your item results in a valid return reason.

Note: If you prefer a replacement for your item, don’t worry! you don’t need to pay for extra COD or shipping fees (only valid if replacing with the same product).
