If for any reason your electronic device stops working, just simply follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team at cs@wadi.com 

so we can initiate the Warranty process. Please make sure to retain the original packaging and labels as you will be asked for the serial number on the box.

  • We will log your service request and get your item picked up. We won’t keep you waiting!
  • Once we receive the items, we aim to inspect and service them within 21 working days. If for some reason there is a delay in servicing the item due to missing parts etc., we will communicate this information to you.
